About Me

My career has been primarily focused on leading and scaling processes, analytics, programs, and tools for Recruiting teams at companies like Twitter, Snapchat, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Instacart. As a Recruiting Operations Leader at Twitter and Head of Recruiting Operations at Snapchat, I contributed to the companies’ 3x global growth and IPOs. During hyper-growth times, change and ambiguity is constant. I have learned to build global solutions that account for flexibility, increase hiring efficiency, and solve for an incredible end-user experience all-in-one.

I am a certified design thinking practitioner, and I use those skills to build teams and solutions that begin with empathy for the candidate, recruiter, hiring manager or interviewer, but solve for the practical needs of efficiency and scalability.

I’m located in Bend, Oregon and work with clients primarily on the west coast.
